Services / Art Therapy

Art therapy is an expressive type of therapy that works to improve on individual’s physical, mental and emotional well-being. You do not need to have much or any experience in art. Art therapy encourages people to express and understand emotions through the creative process. Anyone can enjoy the benefits some of which may include improved self-esteem, reduced anxiety, explore emotions and resolve other psychological conflicts.

Mission Statement

The mission of the organisation is to work for social justice by working in solidarity with those who are marginalised to promote self-sufficiency and to break the cycle of poverty. We aim to do this through early intervention and preventative work which is at the core of all our services.

This ethos is based on the principle of providing an accessible community-based service for all who are experiencing difficulties and challenges in their lives with particular emphasis on children and families.
